Hungry for Change

Hungry for Change is a health documentary that makes a lot of bold claims about diets, sugar, lifestyle, and more, but largely fails to support itself with the research and evidence that makes successful documentaries compelling. I actually do agree with much of what is said, but it’s pretty hard for me to respect the speakers’ authority when they say that sugar is in the same category as cocaine and heroin and that the amount of sugar in school milk should be considered child abuse by the government.
