The Magnificent 7 (2016)

2016’s re-imagining of the classic western of the same name (which was, of course, itself a spiritual remake of Seven Samurai) is far too weightless and “produced” to┬ástand as any sort of classic in it’s own right, but the cast is great enough that it’s still a fun way to spend two hours. If nothing else, I love seeing an all-in western, a genre that’s been woefully underrepresented in recent times.
